| There is a tradition in the
family that the Browns came from Scotland with the Plantation of Ulster However Thomas Brown was born 27 September,1726 in Comber, Co Down. He married Susan Moore 30 May, 1753, daughter of William Moore and Hannah Teat. She was born 17 July, 1735 in Co Down. Thomas and Susan went to Kilmacthomas. She died there on 4 April,1805 and he on 13 July,1813. |
